It is engineered to exploit the most performing heterogeneous next-generation Exascale hardware architectures. With unprecedented performance, Exscalate evaluates a curated high-quality chemical space comprising more than 500 billion virtual molecules, against the most disease-relevant biological targets for the indication of clinical interest, with the scope of achieving the required predicted poly-pharmacology and safety profile of the potential novel drugs which have to be experimentally validated in translational biological assays.
