Everi Las Vegas Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) was launched in January 2017 to create an internal, official platform for ... dialogue, engagement and growth for women of Everi. Everi’s WLI started out small (15 total participants) and the women members represent a cross-section of various departments with diverse job responsibilities. The group includes women at all different levels of leadership, including three senior women from the company who serve as executive sponsors. Everi Las Vegas WLI is focused on three goals: - To create an opportunity for professional networking and facilitate new connections. - To grow and develop high-potential female talent by creating, sponsoring, and supporting internal & external leadership education & professional development opportunities. - Establish a strong mentoring program for female employees with a high level of senior executive involvement.
