Dedicated in priority to European Union (EU), within the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) framework, she may be available to North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), United Nations (UN) or any multinational coalition.
