Chef Bobby has successfully created many unique mouthwatering recipes and dishes that have skyrocketed his culinary career over the years, combining simple, local, and fresh ingredients that are tied to his roots of Middle Eastern and Italian cuisine. Chef Bobby learned his way around the kitchen from his mother, Sandra, who owned and operated her own catering business. His mother taught him how to cook with love and passion. She lovingly encouraged and inspired him to pursue his career in the culinary arts. We are an ideal venue for all events including wedding receptions, galas, fundraisers, holiday parties, company events, corporate parties, bridal showers, baby showers, and birthdays. Our specialty is menu customization. We offer several suggested menus including: sandwiches, BBQ, fine dining, Mexican, Italian, and home-style “comfort ” food. We also offer a variety of hors d’oeuvre and dessert menus. We frequently offer and suggest new menu ideas to provide trendy and unique events for our clients.
