A major factor in this is our strategy of employing our own electricians & apprentices. In 2000 we accelerated our apprentice recruitment to reflect our belief that this is the best route to devlop & grow the company, with over 125 coming though our ranks since then. And we don't stop there! almost half of our office based engineering staff & two thirds of of our senior site based foremen have served their apprenticeships with us.
