Elbrus Mining Company LLC (EGRK) – dynamically growing mining and metallurgical holding, was established in 2017 to implement ... a project to resume mining at the largest Russian and one of world’s largest tungsten-molybdenum deposits Tyrnyauz in Kabardino-Balkar Republic (the “Project”). The Project assumes the creation of a fully new, modern, high-tech and environmentally friendly full cycle production enterprise, including design and construction of: - Underground mine and processing plant in Tyrnyauz (Kabardino-Balkar Republic); - Hydrometallurgical plant in Nevinnomyssk (Stavropol region); - Related infrastructure. As a result of the Project implementation the largest manufacturer of tungsten-molybdenum products in the Russian Federation and a significant player in the world market will be created. - Planned mine capacity – 1,5 million tons of ore per year; - Planned output of commercial products – up to 5 thousand tons of tungsten oxide and up to 1.3 thousand tons of molybdenum oxide per year.
