We are an accredited Main Provider of high quality apprenticeships and career development in education, specifically targeted ... at staff in schools – support staff as well as teachers. We contribute towards improving outcomes in schools by upskilling staff in our own trust and other multi-academy trusts as well as in maintained schools. Our initiative, held up as an exemplar by schools minister Lord Agnew, successfully uses the apprenticeship levy imposed on all large organisations so that there are no costs to the individual or their school. With Ofsted now scrutinising outcomes for vulnerable learners, we are focussing on providing career pathways in education that are timely, relevant and of the highest quality. We use skilled practitioners within our own organisation as well as trusted associates to deliver a suite of qualifications and training. As an Approved Centre, our business and training centre in York now has official recognition from Cache, one of the UK's biggest awarding organisations.
