We at Edmonton Pro-Am believe that each and every one of our players is on their road to success. Our vision is to facilitate and help local players increase their development pace and basketball marketability in this largely open western Canada market. As advocates and role models of the basketball community, Edmonton Pro-am is charged with the responsibility of seeking and reaching out to local pro talent, Canadian content and international content as well as maximizing their marketability by having them involved with many community initiatives ran by the Edmonton Pro-Am and other local organizations. Using objective analysis to evaluate existing practice, implement change based upon that evaluation, and subsequently alter practice systematically through continual and purposeful action, Edmonton Pro-Am should operate within a paradigm of continual steady improvement to better the players of the league. We plan to develop athletes on and off the basketball court and stop them from being average athletes.
