We provide drug discovery services to the bioscience community and these collaborations cover the spectrum from small, single ... discipline projects to fully integrated drug discovery projects. Our Early Discovery DMPK scientists, chemists and biologists work very closely with colleagues in in vivo pharmacology and safety to drive projects to ultimate goals. We have worked across all major druggable target classes and therapeutic areas and a range of rare and neglected diseases with in- depth experience in CNS and oncology. We have discovered 85 pre-clinical candidates of which over 30% have progressed to clinical PoC; 6 are currently in phase III and Belinostat is now on the market. Historically, our work was largely based around small molecules we have run around 300 small molecule projects in H2L and LO. More recently we have increased our work in large molecules – e.g. ASO, CAR-T and antibodies.
