3DResponse has been founded in march 2020, at the height of the Corona pandemic, to relieve the medical sector with 3D-printe ... d supplies which are in high demand. With the help of many 3D-printing enthusiasts and several sponsors for the materials and logistics 3DResponse has produced, assembled and delivered over one thousand face shields. 3DResponse has been founded to relieve the medical sector during times of high demand and possible shortages. Because 3D-printing is not a complete solution 3DResponse has been investigating possibility's to mass produce. This investigation showed that multiple company's were already starting mass producing medical supplies. Because of this 3DResponse has been handed over to Engineers Without Borders who have the capability to scale the project to a world-wide operation.
