In 1985, James and George Donley formed a partnership as lathing contractors known as Donley Brothers Company in Cleveland. In 1941, Don and Phil Donley established Ernest F. Donley Sons, Inc. as concrete form work contractors by purchasing the construction department of Donley Brothers Company. Terry Donley became the company’s third-generation leader, taking over as president and CEO in 1968. In 2002, he handed the baton to his son, Mac Donley. During 2020, Mac has continued his position as the CEO, but named Mike Dilley as president of Donley’s. read more
