Originally being an erector, DSI is extremely schedule driven and well aware of the importance of project schedules - fabrication and erection. With the majority of work performed in-house, the General Contractor need only to coordinate deliveries, schedules and changes with one entity. Disputes between fabricator and erector are eliminated. The Project Manager assigned to the project is able to answer questions and coordinate schedules along with solving problems concerning both operations, shop and field.
