We aim to provide a consistent approach, through templates and policies, to ensure that Members are sufficiently trained experienced to provide a top quality service whilst ensuring an absence of complaints and disputes. In connection with this, Members can apply to be accredited by the Association by complying with the aims of the association and the policies included on our website.
