Founded in 1860 as a neighbourhood bakery, this hystorich Matera-based company now employs more than 40 staff in an 18000 m2 production plant with a total covered area of 100000 m2. Our products are distributed throughout Italy, mainly in Nielsen 3 and 4 areas, both under our own brand through retail chains, as well as for top private labels. Exports are on the rise to European countries such as the United Kingdom, Belgium and Greec, as well as further afield to the USA, Canada, Israel and Australia. Quality certification being a strategic objective of primary importance for us, the company has been awarded ISO 14001 – ISO 22000. The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, a prestigious british quality audit specifically designed for the food sector, gave our company an “A”, the highest mark.
