Design House Stockholm is a publishing house for contemporary Scandinavian design. We work with designers in the same way tha ... t book publishers work with authors. Rather than selecting a specific designer to make a specific product, all designers are invited to bring their personal ideas, of which some are selected for development and production. Design House Stockholm’s head office is located in Stockholm, Sweden. We run stores at NK department store in Stockholm and Gothenburg, Båstad and Selfridges in London, and franchise stores in Jönköping and Frankfurt. We are also represented at MoMA Store in New York, Illums Bolighus in Scandinavia, Åhléns in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, KaDeWe in Berlin, de Bijenkorf in Amsterdam, Magasin in Denmark, and Stockmann in Finland. read more
