Our main focus, and first love is protein. Maintaining exceptional alliances with the largest packers in North America alongside local producers, Derma Meat Co. also sources from USDA plants featuring Select, Choice and Prime grades. Never too far from home we proudly serve product from our Canadian packers, featuring A – AAA and Prime grades. As the GTA’s exclusive Japanese Wagyu beef supplier, we also offer niche products duck, veal, lamb, and other game speciality meats to name a few. Recently we are proud to have received our Halal certification for further production. Our master meat cutters maintain the highest standards of specifications in the industry. We presently service some of the finest independent steakhouses and international chains in the Greater Toronto Area. We speak the language when it comes to understanding the “craft” cutting of steaks. Our QA team ensures compliance of food safety relative to the CFIA while also maintaining our high sensory testing for food quality.
