Truman's Department of Communication serves all Truman students with the Public Speaking course plus an additional 140 majors ... and minors. 10 faculty members tirelessly work to teach Truman students the theories and practices of human communication. Students also participate in co-curricular activities such as: Lambda Pi Eta - National Communication Honor Society Ad and PR Club - Affiliated with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Truman Forensics Union - Truman's Speech and Debate team Truman Media Network (TMN) - Student run campus/local media (online, radio, newspaper, TV, and magazine) We are located in Barnett Hall at the south end of Truman's campus, across from beautiful Red Barn Park. read more
