As a Greek immigrant family, the Demos knew the important of offering exceptional food with authentic ingredients at quality prices. Because of our strong belief that many people enjoy eating in restaurants that offer memorable dishes at a good honest value, we have spent many years developing and collecting authentic recipes from our family, many parts of the country and overseas.
