The administrative handling and sales of the vehicles is also handled by this department, on behalf of and for the account of the customer. DEKRA Belgium is also active in the Non-automotive sector. Damage expertise and valuation of buildings and construction sector is the core activity of this department. We expertise complex and major damages, determine the value of real estate, perform location descriptions and even estimate valuable items. The Investigations department consists of a team of dedicated and licensed investigators or private investigators. They are mainly concerned with: investigation into integrity and (insurance) fraud, theft damage (both vehicle and home burglaries), investigation of incapacity for work.
