Denys Shortt, founder and CEO, is a former England hockey player with an unerring enthusiasm for the Midlands region. He served as the former Chairman of the Coventry & Warwickshire LEP (Local Enterprise Partnership) and has supported many organisations including the Shakespeare Hospice, Stratford-upon-Avon Football Club, and as Chair of the Stratford Hospital Appeal which has raised over £1m. Currently, Denys offers his time and insight as Chair of Enterprise and Innovation called Farm491 at the Royal Agricultural College.
