We have purchased and renovated several homes together, and in addition to a combined experience of 15 years professionally, we bring a wealth of personal knowledge and experience to the table. What do we mean when we say “full service real estate?” We can guide you through the entire process of buying or selling your home. This includes customized home tours for buyers, connecting you with a network of vendors e.g., lenders, inspectors, contractors, but most importantly —making sure we find you the right fit, and negotiating the best deal possible. If you’re ready to sell, we can take care of professional photography, open houses, and aggressively marketing your property until we find the right buyer. Did we mention we also have a cool van? We can help you with basic decluttering of your home, prepping it for staging, open houses, and ultimately selling. Where do we work? All over! We are Seattle based, but we cover all areas within a 1 hour driving distance (including ferry rides). If it’s out of our radius we can connect you with someone excellent from that area. We’ve helped clients find investment properties in Tacoma, or family homes in more affordable areas outside of the city.
