From entrepreneurs in the idea phase, to early stage businesses, to businesses that seek to grow and scale, small businesses throughout Dallas County can count on initiative to reliably access technical training, business funding, gain capacity building guidance, mentorship, and valuable resources. We understand that small business owners often experience confusion navigating the dizzying array of business resources available due to the lack of framework and organization around those resources. For women-owned and minority-owned businesses, the barriers to accessible resources can be further compounded.
