Daddy Ray's, a wholesale cookie manufacturer, opened in November of 1998 in Moscow Mills, Missouri, just north of St. Louis. ... Ray concentrated on the baking, technical, and mechanical aspects of the business, while Darlene performed the financial and administrative functions.
