CyDat intends to own and manage the proposed data center near the airport in Pendleton, Oregon. The Data Center is designed to be a leading edge, 81,000 SF, 10.5MW, Tier III data center facility meeting the highest TIA-942 standards. The CyDat Data Center is to be on 11.89 acres and intended to be a full turnkey data center for tenant occupancy down to the power distribution unit. Furthermore, the CyDat design is based on a Modular concept and includes Adiabatic cooling, making it low cost, low power usage and environment friendly. CyDat also intends to build its own Power Island on the data center site, making it not dependent on the power grid compared to others and therefore designed to have the very least amount of downtime possible with its own power.
