In addition to our existing fleet of more than 180 diamond wire tools ranging from 5.5” to 150” cutting capacity CUT regularly provides clients with bespoke solutions. Our diamond wire cutting machines are not constrained by water depth. They can be surface powered down to 200m. Below 200m, our deepest cut to date being more than 2,745m in the Gulf of Mexico, DWCM’s are powered by WROV either via “hot stabs” or 6m long umbilical. In the nuclear sector we have gained valuable experience of using both our diamond wire cutting machines and our plasma cutting machines on a variety of targets.
