The winemaker, Wally Cupitt produces handmade wines with minimal intervention that directly reflect the region in which they are grown and are a perfect accompaniment to food. We encourage guests to pair wines with their meals to enhance the dining experience. Rosie Cupitt, formerly the winemaker now is the Head Cheesemaker. Cupitt Fromagerie was established in 2015, producing both Goats and Cows milk cheeses in a European style. Our cheeses are all made and matured using traditional techniques and are inspired by Rosie's travels and training throughout the great cheese producing regions in France and Italy. We make a variety of cheese which are very unique but also cheese we love to eat! Beer is another passion at Cupitt's and our microbrewery 'Cupitt Craft Brewers' has been operating since October 2014. Winemakers Wally and Tom Cupitt dreamed for many years about opening a brewery on the property to pair local produce with their beer as well as wine.
