We understand that we only have one planet, so we treat it with the respect and care that it deserves by partnering with local farms to compost all produce and biodegradable products. We're strong believers in giving back more than what we take, therefore, we recycle everything that can be reused. Our menu reflects our picked-with-a-purpose philosophy by utilizing organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible through relationships with California-based farmers and ranchers who practice clean and sustainable methods. We serve creative, healthy meals that contain 100% natural meat that's free of steroids, hormones, and antibiotics! Old-fashioned chivalry and contemporary etiquette are really important to us, so we strive to make every person's experience something thoughtful.
