The Cubushome has a total of around 70 square meters of usable living space. Fitted wardrobes and additional storage areas are integrated into the inside walls, so that they don’t require further room capacity. Through the selection of exclusive high-quality materials a very unique atmosphere, in which you can immediately feel at home, is created. Since the building only demands for a lot size of 48 square meters, it suits almost every plot of land. Even plots with very limited space or with a challenging shape are no obstacle for us. The house is equipped with the latest technology and meets all the standards of a low energy building. With the help of infrared panels, the rooms are heated individually. Those panels barely occupy any space and - at the same time - fulfill a decorative purpose. The PV system can - in combination with a connected battery - achieve a high level of self-sufficient living. Due to the complete and weather-independent pre-production in our very own factory, we are able to produce, as well as deliver throughout the entire year. This results in short delivery times and a one-day assembly period. Ideally, the foundation is set on the first day, the Cubushome is mounted on the second day and water and electricity are put into operation on the third day. At that point the future owner can already move in. If professional or private living conditions change, the house and the corresponding foundation can be dismantled at one place, transported by standard trucks and be rebuilt at another location.
