Other companies in the Partnership include The Perfect Wedding Company, The Chichester Hotel and The Flitch of Bacon. The Partnership employs approximately 1,000 members of staff, with thousands more recruited every year when additional support is required for the many events it caters for. The Crown Partnership has its own foundation.
