The company was originally located on the shores of Lake Como, today, Cranchi builds its yachts in a huge, modern facility in Piantedo. In 2006 the company went public, but it is still run by 4th generation Aldo Cranchi, with at least five 5th generation Cranchis are now working for the brand.
