Featuring a collection of homes, furniture and décor, we have selected and designed solutions to suit a variety of styles that reflect Maine’s heritage and the luxury of a modern lifestyle. For over 40 years, Knickerbocker Group has provided custom design and construction services for our clients. Every home has been uniquely designed for each individual family. Yet, over time, we recognized not every client dreams of a traditional design-build process. Some have built before and do not want to undertake a large project at this stage of their lives. Others desire a simpler process or a shorter time frame, so they can begin living in Maine as soon as possible, with less decisions to be made and more time to focus on the present. Many clients already own an existing home, and wish to make improvements and updates to achieve a more functional and modern aesthetic, with unique furnishings ideally suited for their Maine lifestyle.
