Counter Logic Gaming (CLG) was originally founded in 2010 by George “HotshotGG” Georgallidis as one of the first League of Le ... gends esports teams in the world, with the vision of jumpstarting the competitive community and bringing esports to the mainstream. CLG became the hub for the League of Legends competitive discussion and spearheaded a grassroots tournament scene that ultimately culminated in CLG winning the first official League of Legends tournament at the World Cyber Games 2010. CLG has since continued to spearhead the development of the esports landscape by continually pushing the status quo - from our coaching infrastructure, player development and nutrition, and world-class training facility. All of which have helped CLG continue its legacy as a championship team winning the LCS Summer 2015 Championship at The Madison Square Garden and the LCS Spring 2016 Championship at Mandalay Bay.
