The Corps Franconia is an association of students that forms a lifelong community beyond their studies. In addition to pubs, ... balls and parties, excursions to other cities as well as skiing and sailing weeks take place. The women, girlfriends and friends of the Corps are included. In spite of all the cheerfulness, academic demands are also made. Seminars of the association's own foundation Akademie Weinheim Seminar (AWS) and lectures from all areas of social, economic and cultural life broaden the horizon beyond one's own studies, while the democratic regulation of living together promotes social skills such as the ability to work in a team, creativity and communication skills.
