Continuum of Care, Inc. is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that has been providing housing and residential support s ... ervices to persons with psychiatric and intellectual disabilities since 1966. Continuum's Mission is to enable people who are challenged with mental illness, intellectual disability, and/or addiction to rebuild meaningful lives and thrive in the community.
