Established to deliver significant cost and time savings in the procurement of construction work across the West Midlands region, Constructing West Midlands is a ready-made delivery vehicle for capital building, repair and maintenance works. The framework has a 16-year track record in the delivery of publicly funded projects and is a member of the National Association of Construction Frameworks (NACF).
