Connected Living London (CLL) is a long-term partnership between Transport for London (TfL) and Grainger plc, the UK’s larges ... t provider of private rental homes. CLL will deliver thousands of quality homes across London, 40% of which will be affordable. Our buildings will become part of the local community, and it is our intention to ensure the places we are creating respond to the local heritage. We want to boost the number of homes in London, develop proposals in the right way and generate sustainable income that TfL can reinvest into the transport network.
