COMPASS is: Certified and Licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and a United Way Funded Agency. COMPASS has earned the highest level of accreditation that CARF provides since 1979 and has further achieved Certification and Licensing from OHMAS without exception. COMPASS successfully administers Federal, State, and local funding from the Ohio Attorney General's Office, Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Mahoning and Trumbull County Boards of Mental Health and Recovery.
