Express Care practices located in Rutland and Castleton provide walk-in care 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 8am until 8pm for treatment of minor injuries and illnesses. Our primary care practices are located in Rutland, Brandon, Castleton, Shoreham and West Pawlet, with dental practices in Rutland and Shoreham. All of our Community Health practices are accepting new patients and we accept most area insurance including Medicare and Medicaid.
