With 21% of the general population of the U.S. dealing with mental illness at some point in their lives and depression rates tripling since Covid began, mental health is every community’s concern. C4 is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, depending upon motivated clients, the community and government to support our purpose. C4 is strength in community.
