The Glendale Raptors Rugby Football Club was established in 2007, accompanied by the creation of Infinity Park. The first rug ... by-specific stadium built in the United States, Glendale’s Infinity Park is both a milestone in the development of rugby in this country and a major investment in the future of the city and the sport. Since the team’s creation, the Raptors have become standard-bearers for U.S. rugby, creating a template both on and off the field for what a successful rugby team looks like. After a decade establishing their place as a national leader in the quickly growing sport, the Glendale Raptors became a founding member of Major League Rugby (MLR) in 2018. The Raptors finished the 2018 regular season with only one loss and were the runners up for MLR Championship. The Glendale Raptors are the embodiment of rugby’s character-driven model of sport and athleticism, teamwork and diversity, participation and community. The Glendale Raptors look forward to expanding their presence in the years to come through their efforts towards advancement of youth rugby in the United States, outreach to youth organizations in the Denver metro-area, and continued excellence on the rugby pitch.
