Our flagship coffee house is our impressive 300 seater EASTNEY location, which we built most of ourselves, directly on the beach at Eastney. Along with a pirate ship and sandpit play area, we have a large deckchair (ideal for photo opportunities!) and a large outside seating area. Inside is a cosy log fire, sofa tub chairs and ample seating to watch the waves crash and the boats sander past. Our CLARENCE PIER coffee house is in the heart of fun-town! Located underneath an indoor play area and with traditional seaside arcades either side, the coffee house is a haven of comfort to relax in after the adrenalin rush of the nearby attractions. Over in PORTCHESTER, this coffee house is home to many village regulars. But with a bustling Wednesday market directly outside and being within walking distance of local schools as well as being on the through path to Fareham, this coffee shop is well placed for all. Our latest addition is a mobile kiosk on the promenade at BOGNOR REGIS. Within a stone's throw from the shoreline, directly on the promenade, it's perfectly placed for dog walkers and seafront strollers to grab their favourite hot drink and a snack and wander on.
