David T. “Tim” Clancy is president. His brother Joel T. “Tick” Clancy is executive vice president. The company’s headquarters is in Raleigh. Clancy & Theys expanded to Wilmington, N.C, Newport News, Virginia, Orlando, Florida, and then to Charlotte, N.C. between 1984 and 1995.
