CIVIPOL, en lien direct avec la direction de la coopération internationale du ministère de l'Intérieur, assure ses missions d'ingénierie des projets grâce à un vivier d'experts hautement qualifiés, principalement issus du ministère de l'Intérieur. CIVIPOL, la filiale belge Transtec et la filiale CIVIPOL Cameroun forment le CIVIPOL Groupe. CIVIPOL assure la présidence du GIE MILIPOL qui organise les salons MILIPOL. We support foreign states in strengthening their internal security and upholding their sovereignty. The operator provides building capacity services and technical assistance for developing countries. Projects are financed by multilateral funders or beneficiary countries themselves. CIVIPOL ensures project engineering directly linked with the international cooperation directorate of the Minisitry of Internal Affairs. The company is able to mobilize experts from a talent pool. The pool is predominantly originating from the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ workforce. CIVIPOL with the Belgian subsidiary Transtec and the Cameroonian subsidiary form the CIVIPOL group.
