Alternatively, your documents can be e-mailed as attachments to your correspondents, or access to their individual documents can be granted via a secure web portal respecting your corporate ID. B) We take care of your documents We offer long term, secure, online access to your scanned documents on our servers, as well as physical archiving services of your originals. When it comes to scanning documents, CIP is here to help: Originals are scanned on your behalf to PDF or TIFF files. The later are stored together with relevant meta data (customer IDs, dates, subject, document type, …) on our servers for you to access through a secure web portal.
