The Gaucho would skewer large pieces of meat and slowly grill them over open‐flamed pits. In keeping with this tradition, we bring you CHURRASCARIA SAUDADES. At Churrascaria Saudades, we proudly keep this churrasco tradition alive with Gaucho chefs roasting the finest cuts of meat over open fire, serving these skewered cuts tableside. A fantastic gourmet salad bar with fresh cut vegetables, a variety of traditional side dishes to compliment the meats, signature cocktails/imported soft drinks, and a dessert menu replete with cakes, fruits, and sweets will round off the unique experience. The word SAUDADE (pronounced: saw’ DA dee, or plural: saw’ DA deez) is the Brasilian word that has no direct translation into English but is most accurately described as a deep emotional state of nostalgic longing for an absent something or someone.
