The Chronic Disease Research Group (CDRG) specializes in observational epidemiology and health services research, administrat ... ive and clinical trial data management and analyses, and post-approval outcomes and safety studies leveraging real-world data sources. By name, CDRG is focused on advancing the knowledge base around chronic diseases and associated issues impacting patients’ lives, including anemia, mineral-bone disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease and organ transplantation, among others. Our clinician-guided research teams are staffed by epidemiological, biostatistical, project and data management experts. We collaborate with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other medical technology industry sponsors, as well as with health plans, providers, universities and government agencies concerned with understanding the impact of health care and policies, and improving the quality of patient care, on outcomes, safety and costs.
