Website: childwellbeingresearchnetwork.org

The Child Well-Being Research Network is a community of researchers that build upon the strong connections of the charter mem ... bers—the 120 Doris Duke Fellows. The Doris Duke Fellowships for the Promotion of Child Well-Being were launched in 2010 by Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago, with generous funding from the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, Inc. The fellowships were designed to identify and develop leaders who conduct practice and policy-relevant research that enhances child development and improves the nation’s ability to prevent all forms of child maltreatment. As The Child Well-Being Research Network expands, the community is growing to encompass more academic institutions, research and policy organizations, and other entities. Within their institutions, Network members will have access to resources and infrastructure to conduct research and disseminate findings (e.g., libraries, institutional review boards, computers, software, grants management). Network members can leverage various assets within their institution or entity for the overall Network. read more
