Anchored by Coles Supermarket, Liquorland, Landsdowne Hotel, Infinity and Max Brenner, Chevron Renaissance occupies a GLA of 13,058sqm, including underground parking for over 300 cars with two hours free parking, serviced by Secure Parking. Chevron Renaissance is also home to other national retailers such as Endota Spa, Starbucks, Betty's Burgers, Chicabooti, Flight Centre and Zambrero, as well as two banks, Suncorp and NAB. Situated underneath a major resort comprising of 3 towers and over 700 residential and holiday apartments, the Centre caters to several markets, local residents, workers and a significant tourist market with more than 12 million visitors annually to the Gold Coast. With the new Gold Coast Tram operational since 2014, the Centre now enjoys mass transport access, opening up the Gold Coast suburbs beyond the conventional catchment area. Precision Group contracted to purchase Chevron Renaissance in 2014 and have embarked upon a refurbishment program. The Centre underwent a $5 million refurbishment in 2014/2015, creating a renewed restaurant dining precinct in the piazza including the installation of a major shade sail structure to allow open air, yet weather protected alfresco dining.
