Owners, Michael and Lisa Fonseca, purchased CENTURY 21 Rondeau Associates in March 2009. In December of 2013 they acquired CENTURY 21 Access America, Newport. The names of both companies were changed to CENTURY 21 Topsail Realty in March 2014. In early July 2016, Topsail Realty purchased Coldwell Banker Guimond and now we are three offices strong. In 2020 we merged our Newport Office with our Portsmouth Office so that we could better serve the local market. We have a quality team that can help you with all of real estate needs.
