Centre Spatial de Liege (CSL) is a research center of the University of Liège, specialized in design, integration and calibra ... tion of instruments, systems, and satellites for the space scientific and industry programs. It works with the most prominent global space agencies: ESA, NASA, JAXA, CNES, etc CSL has a unique expertise in optical design, metrology, surface engineering, electronics, lasers, cryogenics, thermal and mechanical design, and signal processing. CSL also operates space environmental testing facilities. CSL is a member of STAR, the interfaculty research unit for space sciences, technologies and astrophysics of Liege University. CSL employs over 100 people, academics, engineers and technicians, at its location in Liege (Belgium).
